The Sauvignon blanc variety in southern Styria is particularly important to Johannes. Since Johannes was able to get to know a wide variety of Sauvignon blanc vinifications in New Zealand, it is always a new project that is close to his heart. The Sauvignon blanc DAC 2021 is fruity and light and was aged in steel tanks. It tastes slightly of gooseberries and nettles. The entry-level wine among our Sauvignon blancs.
