GARLIC IN SUNFLOWER OIL

Product description:
For confit garlic, fresh garlic cloves are placed in sunflower oil and then heated for 90 minutes. The garlic in the jar is already cooked. The idea came about because a bulb of garlic is often difficult to consume. This garlic confit will keep for up to 6 months in the fridge. Goes very well with refining spreads, with salads or simply with a cold snack.
Katharina's note: The oil is also excellent for refining or frying a wide variety of dishes.

Ingredients: garlic, sunflower oil.
